Our company was founded in 1998 when Curtis B. Jolley, PT  joined Kim W. Reid, PT in his Bountiful physical therapy practice. Together we formed a new entity, and called it PerformanceWest Physical Therapy.  Our company growth has focused on offering the public a variety of specialty services in all of Davis County and the Ogden Valley. Today, we have four clinic locations: Bountiful, Farmington, Clearfield, and Eden. We currently have seven full time and three part time physical therapists, with several years of skillful, clinical experience! Our primary focus is helping each patient achieve their physical goals after injury or surgery! We look forward to serving YOU!
