About
A New Beginning Animal Rescue (ANBAR) is a volunteer-driven, limited admission 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization. Our goal is to thoughtfully reduce unnecessary euthanasia rates; help change the 'throw-away' mentality toward pets; and improve Weber and Davis Counties’ animal welfare with compassion and respect through community building and public education; importance of sterilization; and humane treatment of animals.
