Brookey Bakes

Brooke has enjoyed baking all along, and was often encouraged to pursue a business, but it wasn't until 2018 that she went for it. She had her home kitchen licensed, officially opened Brookey Bakes, and was able to start selling her amazing treats right from her front door. Coffee and soda shops began placing orders, event catering requests increased, and soon the home operation wasn't enough to sustain the demand. So in 2021, Brookey Bakes made the exciting transition from a licensed home kitchen into a retail spot right on Ogden's 25th Street.

Brooke's best sellers are her hand pies, made with a delectable buttery crust and fresh local fruit. She has a scrumptious cookie lineup, her cakes are delicious, and her seasonal baking is delightful. Brooke sticks to small batches and uses distinctively premium ingredients in order to yield a superior product. And, Brooke has a warm, down to earth, inviting personality; each of her customers feel they are hanging out with a buddy when they come to Brookey Bakes for a treat.
