My Mind & Body Collective is a Spiritual Healing Center where all are welcome to come as they are on their spiritual path and healing journey, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. We know spirituality and healing are not a one-size-fits all, this is why we are a Collective of practitioners that bring different gifts, tools and talents to the table so there is always someone that can help.
We love to help people discover their personal power, teach them how to set and hold healthy boundaries, how to find love and compassion for self so they can have it with others.
Our desire is to create a safe space where everyone feels welcome, accepted and loved just as they are. We don't care how you identify, your religious or political beliefs, sexual preference or what you do for work. We are here to hold space for hope, higher learning, healing and FUN!
We are a community of humans dedicated to learning and growing. Whether that growth is personal (mental, emotional, physical or spiritual), relationships (with source, spouse, family, friends or co-workers), or career (finding healthy balance between work and play), we are here for it and here for you!
